新学期がいよいよスタートし、重たい雨の中でしたが元気に登校する子供達の姿が見られました。コロナ対策をしつつも、夏休みをそれぞれに楽しまれたことと思います。コロナ第7波の影響で、8月の上旬あたりは、当院の発熱診療も大変にひっ迫しまして、本当にご迷惑をお掛けしました。コロナの波が満ちても引いても、感染対策を十分に講じた対応が十分にできるように、発熱患者様の診療を行ってまいりたいと考えています。詳細は当ホームページトップ「発熱診療について」をご覧ください。
さて、2022年9月４日現在は波が少し引いているところでしょうか。学校が始まり、また満ちてくるかもしれませんね。いずれにしても少し落ち着いている印象です。
こうした時期だからこその二つの提案をさせていただければと思います。
一つ目は健診です。当院では、成人の区民健診や予防接種を取り扱っています。板橋区の区民健診は11月末までですので、受診券が届いている方はお早目にご利用ください。子育て中で忙しいママさんは、ご自身の健康チェックどころではないかもしれませんが、小児科のベテランスタッフがお子様を見守りつつ検査や予防接種に付き添いますのでどうぞ安心してご利用ください。
二つ目は予防接種です。定期接種には接種期限がありますので、接種し忘れているワクチンがないかこの時期にご確認ください。例えば3回接種の子宮頸がんワクチンは、9月からスタートしないと半年後に接種する3回目が翌年3月中に接種できないといったケースもあります。スケジュールに関するご質問は随時受け付けています。予防接種といえば、季節性インフルエンザワクチンの接種時期がまもなくですね。2価のコロナワクチンも始まりますね。どちらも当院で取り扱う予定ですが、接種開始時期に関しては、決定次第ホームページでお知らせしてまいりますので今しばらくお待ちください。誠に申し訳ありませんが、小児用コロナワクチンに関しては、年内の取り扱いは中止させていただきます。ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申しあげます。
The new school term has started, although we miss summer vacation. COVID-19 patients were completely overwhelming our medical systems at the beginning of August. I have to admit that we couldn’t accept some patients at that time. Since then, we set the 4 rules for outpatients with fever.
1. We do not perform the COVID-19 test for asymptomatic patients even if you were in close contact with an infected person.
2. If you have received a positive result in a voluntary test using a PCR test kit or an antigen qualitative test, you can use the Tokyo Positive Persons Registration Center. If you seem to need examinations or medications, please contact us.
3. In the case you have a suspicion of having COVID-19 or you want to take the COVID-19 test with the doctor’s examination for your symptoms, please contact us. We will guide you to schedule a time for the fever clinic.
4. If you are an under 6-year-old patient who has already been diagnosed with another infection that is not COVID-19, please let us know the course of medical examinations before you book for the fever clinic.
