The influenza virus is spreading these days. Many patients come to our clinic with high fever, however, few people ask us to check for COVID-19. Some may have forgotten about it. We must be ready for the next surge of the virus although I don’t know if the pandemic will go on. We have introduced coronavirus PCR testing equipment this time. Results are available within 1 hour. Until then, PCR tests had been outsourced, so results were available the day after the test. PCR tests are more sensitive than rapid qualitative tests even if you are asymptomatic, so false negatives can be avoided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
